Payment details and Refund Policy:

The purchases made by the user on the website will be billed on per order basis, unless specified otherwise. The users are requested to note that the price of the product displayed on the website is the ‘total price’ which is inclusive of the taxes (where taxes mentioned is the applicable tax, such tax is based on the bill to address and the tax rate in effect at the time you purchase the product). The following payment modes are accepted by the company – Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, RuPay), UPI (GooglePay, PhonePe, AmazonPay), Net Banking (HDFC, SBI, ICICI, Axis, Kotak, Yes, Others), Wallets (PhonePe, Jio, Airtel, Mobikwik), Paylater (epaylater, Lazypay, Ola postpaid), Card EMI, Cardless EMI, International PG and Corporate cards. The Company will not provide/respond for any kind of purchase cancellation queries after the payment is processed by the user since the company maintains a no refund/cancellation policy for the users who purchased the products after understanding the terms and conditions. In case of any technical issues encountered while making the payment, the user is advised to connect with our support team (info@stockstreet.in) who will work towards resolving the issue. The transaction stands completed after the payment is processed by the user and the invoice is generated. The Company reserves the right at any time, to change/modify the prices for its products offered via services.

Limitation to Liability:

AIJ Ventures (OPC) Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable/responsible in any manner for the following:

Any loss/claim/damage/unforeseeable consequence experienced by the user before/during/after availing our services.
Losses relating to any business of the user, loss of income/profit, or loss of opportunity, or
Loss of any data stored on the device/inability to access the data due to breach of terms.
Offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful, infringing or otherwise objectionable or illegal user generated content encountered on our/in connection with your use of our sites.

The users are requested to note that the content available on the Website/Service is strictly for educational/knowledgeable purpose. The users shall not take this as any kind of recommendation/advice for any kind of trade/investment/transaction. The user is considered solely responsible for their own trades/investments and the company will not be held responsible for any kind of transactions carried out by the user.

Termination of Services:

The Company reserves the right to cease/suspend/terminate providing all or any part of the service immediately without any prior notice if the user engages himself/herself in the following:
